Nestled in Uptown Dallas, the Harwood District didn’t really come to life until the 1980s, when developers broke ground on several commercial construction projects in the area. The first of these office spaces was the Rolex Building, built in 1984 to accommodate the offices of the luxury watch brand. Since then, additional office buildings have joined the skyline, including the Frost Tower, the new Rolex Building, and several other Harwood International Properties.
While the feel of the area was formerly business focused, the master-planned community now also features luxury living at the Azure and Bleu Ciel condominium buildings. Additionally, the neighborhood also has plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and culture. Take a lunch break and jog the Katy Trail or grab after work drinks at The Grove. Dallas’ Harwood offers everything you need to live, work, and play in Uptown Dallas.
